Not long ago, China Women's Football Team and Alipay joined hands to donate the second themed stadium for the women's football team of Wago Primary School - "Rose Dream Stadium" was completed. This green field is set in the mountains, especially eye-catching, the white rose in the middle circle symbolizes the perseverance of the Chinese women's football team, never give up the fighting spirit.
Located at the top of Daliang Mountain at an altitude of 2,700 meters, Wago Primary School is surrounded by seasonal clouds and mist, and is thus known as the "Primary School in the Clouds".In 2018, Principal Qubi Shiku created a women's soccer team here, with the hope of bringing happiness to girls in the mountainous areas and expanding their life possibilities through soccer. Today, the team has 38 players and trains 3-4 times a day after morning exercises. For many years, the children trained on a rudimentary dirt pitch and were often injured.
With the attention of CFA and Alipay, the three parties decided to subsidize a "Rose Dream Stadium" and expect more caring people to join in and help the soccer dream of Dashan girls. During the East Asia Cup in July, CFA and Alipay launched the "Send a Rose to Women's Football" campaign, encouraging users to light up digital roses on Alipay to cheer for women's football. In just one week, 600,000 roses were lit up, not only to cheer for the Women's East Asia Cup, but also to show love for village girls!
Despite multiple challenges such as epidemics and weather, the Rose Dream Stadium was finally built at the top of the mountain. Principal Qubi Shigu proudly said, "We used to have the worst training conditions in the mountains, but now with the Rose Stadium, the conditions are top-notch in the country!" He revealed that he has been contacted by the principals of four key high schools, hoping to select soccer students, so that these children have the opportunity to change their destiny through soccer.
Wago Elementary School girls' soccer player Yoshiniu Wusaku said excitedly, "This field is so comfortable that we can play even if it rains or snows. When the new pitch was first built, we all wanted to play soccer all night long!"
It is reported that the Chinese women's football theme stadium "Rose Dream Stadium" by the Chinese Football Association and Alipay jointly initiated, aimed at conveying the spirit of hard work of the Chinese women's football team, to inspire more girls to chase the dream of soccer, to expand the possibilities of life.
