
On the night of the winter solstice at the end of the year, China's women's soccer team unveiled its first assembly order for the year 2022-2023, in which the Wuhan Chegu Jiangda women's soccer team was pleased to mention seven players: Yao Wei, Liu Yanqiu, Wu Haiyan, Gu Yasha, Lou Jiahui, Wang Xiaoxue and Yao Lingwei.

In an official statement, the Chinese women's soccer team revealed that in order to prepare for the upcoming 2023 Women's World Cup, Hangzhou Asian Games, and Paris Olympic Games qualification tournament, the national team has moved into Haikou International Soccer Training Base to start the winter preparations in accordance with the women's soccer tournaments and training plan of the Football Association. The winter training will focus on the forging of physical endurance, as well as strengthening the basic skills and tactical qualities of the team and the players, improving the construction of ideology and morality, and practicing rigorous management and discipline, in order to ensure the cornerstone of victory in the three major tournaments in 2023.
Winter training has been divided into two major phases. The first phase is expected to end on January 20, 2023, followed by the second phase that will last from January 26th to February 25th. It is worth noting that players who play in European and American leagues, such as Wang Shuang, are not on the list and will also miss the training.
