Today, Dalian People's Football Club ushered in a major change, officially announcing the formation of a reform and development working group to take over the club's operations. Wanda Group will take over the historical debt accumulated over the past 20 years to save the day.
Looking back at last season, Dalian People only won 6, drew 1, and lost 15 of their 22 matches in the Super League, accumulating 19 points and ranking 15th in the Super League. In the Super League play-offs, they unfortunately failed to beat Chengdu Rongcheng and were reluctantly relegated to the Central League. In this change, the Dalian Ren club official released the announcement of selecting the first-team head coach and recruiting trial players at the same time.

Under the guidance of adhering to the spirit of reform of professional soccer clubs of CFA, Dalian People's Football Club has completed reorganization and constructed an operation pattern of state-owned team management and strong support from private enterprises such as Wanda Group.
The new club will unswervingly follow the path of reform, systematically reshape the old operation model and remuneration system, and strive to create a team of top athletes with a strong spirit of struggle, a strong sense of unity, and full of positive energy.
We will enter the professional league with a new look in the 2022 season and strive to revive the glory of Dalian soccer.
We are now recruiting first team players from all over the country with the following requirements:
I. Conditions of recruitment
(a) Trial players must have Chinese nationality or foreign players serving in Chinese leagues at all levels (they must reside in China, meet the epidemic prevention and control requirements, and be available to participate in the trial on time);
(ii) Trial players should be law-abiding, of good character, without bad habits, with excellent technical and tactical level, physical quality and enterprising sportsmanship (players with professional league experience or Dalian nationality will be given priority);
(c) Forward and back players are prioritized for scouting.
II. Selection mechanism
The assessment jury appointed by the club will analyze the players' trial performance and training and match data to select the best players for the first team or reserve team.
III. Remuneration system
After the players are hired in the trial, the salary will be set according to the sunshine salary assessment system, which is mainly based on "basic salary (30%) + performance salary (70%) + match bonus".
Sunshine salary assessment system to motivate athletes to fight bravely, dare to fight, show the spirit of the purpose, not simply the pursuit of results, rewards and penalties, reward diligence and punishment of laziness, eliminating the end.
Match bonuses will take into account team results, team atmosphere and individual player performance, up to a maximum of 5 times the basic salary.
The club solemnly promises that it will strictly implement the sunshine salary assessment system, pay according to performance, be open and transparent, and put an end to unpaid wages.
IV. Enrolment requirements
(a) Trial players are required to provide a physical health certificate issued by a tertiary hospital within 30 days before the deadline for registration, and purchase personal accident insurance on their own, and sign a waiver of liability during the trial period;
(ii) Players under the age of 18 are required to provide a copy of their guardian's identity card and sign their consent;
(c) Trial players are responsible for their own round-trip transportation, food and accommodation costs, the club can arrange accommodation during the trial period, and once hired, the relevant costs will be borne by the club;
(d) Trial players should not have signed a valid contract with other clubs, there are no transfer disputes, and those who have terminated the original contract should provide a free-agency certificate issued by the original club or the local football association, and sign a contract with the club after passing the trial and having the conditions for signing a contract.
