It is reported that Wuhan Yangtze River Football Club is 100% owned by Zhuoerwen Tourism Group Co. Soccer insiders revealed that the club's irregularities were apparently to apply for a foreign exchange quota from the foreign exchange management department in order to pay foreign aid transfer fees and salaries. In fact, not all foreign exchange for payment, the balance was resold by the club for profit.
