In the midst of the German women's soccer field turmoil, a bombshell came out of the December 14th live bar: German women's soccer star Almut Schulte expressed her strong displeasure with the gender-neutral working group set up by the German Football Association.

Schulte was blunt: "I was confused about the fact that all the members of the working group were men. They seem to completely ignore the importance of gender diversity, which is hard for me to understand."

"I suspect there may be a deeper meaning to this move by the German Football Association. These five men hold significant positions in men's soccer and are also some of the most outspoken critics of the German national team. Their inclusion in the working group is undoubtedly for the DFB's own protection. Should things change, these five men will no longer be just critics, but one of the decision makers."

The German Football Association (DFB) previously announced that a special task force consisting of Kahn, Rummenigge, Sammer, Wohlers and Mintzlaff has been set up to help the national team prepare for the upcoming Euros.
