In the first round of the new Australian Women's Football League season, which just ended in the late afternoon of Nov. 19, a Chinese women's football star Wu Chengshu's team, Canberra United Women's Football Team, and Perth Glory Women's Football Team played an exciting 2-2 draw.
Wu Chengshu, who wore No. 9, caught everyone's attention from the start of the match and made her debut in the 70th minute. It was also her debut for the top Australian women's soccer club.
Wu Chengshu, 26, only recently announced that she was joining the Canberra United women's soccer team to kick off her overseas career. Prior to that, she played for Jiangsu Women's Football Team and helped China Women's Football Team win the Women's Asian Cup glory earlier this year.
