On November 16th, BYD ushered in a milestone moment when the 3 millionth new energy vehicle rolled off the production line smoothly, with a warm atmosphere at the scene. This press conference was full of dry goods and exciting.

Looking back to 2008, BYD led the domestic new energy vehicle market with F3DM. Although the market was full of questions at the beginning, on the one hand, the domestic brand recognition is not enough, on the other hand, the consumer's doubts about new energy vehicles, but BYD did not give up. It took 13 years to sell the first 1 million new energy vehicles, 1 year to sell the second one, and only half a year to sell the third one, and the time period for each 1 million sales has been shortened, which fully demonstrates BYD's strong strength and solid reputation in the new energy field.

The launch of the 3 millionth new energy vehicle not only marks a new breakthrough for BYD, but also becomes the pride of Chinese brands. It sends a message that the Chinese people are confident in new energy vehicles, and it also proves the market recognition of our manufacturing industry.

At the press conference, Mr. Wang Chuanfu, Chairman and President of BYD, outlined BYD's brand development. Nowadays, BYD owns a number of series such as Dynasty series, Ocean series and Tengshi brand, among which Dynasty series models are named after Chinese dynasties, such as "Han, Tang, Qin, Song, Yuan"; Ocean series focuses on youthful sports, including Seal, Sea Lion, Destroyer, etc.; and Tengshi brand has the mission of "Creating new luxury mobility experience for the users". The Tengsei brand takes "creating a new luxury traveling experience for users" as its mission. In the future, BYD will also launch a new million premium brand, Yangwang, and a new brand of professional personalization to be launched in 2023.

Currently, BYD has formed a brand matrix including Dynasty, Ocean, Tengdeng, Yangwang and new brands of professional personalization, from home to luxury, from mass to personalization, to satisfy users' full-scene automotive needs.

Recalling the 3 million new energy vehicles, Ms. Wang Shuang, the Miss Football Asia of the Chinese women's soccer team, became the 3 millionth owner. This athlete, born in 1995, has helped China's women's soccer team win the third place in the Asian Cup, the second place in the Asian Games and the Asian Cup Championship, putting China's women's soccer team on the world stage.
