This is not only the first order of "001" Shanghai local license won by PetroChina in Shanghai port, but also a milestone for the company to enter into the field of bonded ship burning maritime services in Shanghai. This is not only an affirmation of the company's strength, but also a sign of the company's development potential in this field.
Vivid scenes from on-site interviews capture this momentous occasion. Entering February 2023, Shanghai issued the Administrative Measures for Bonded Oil Refueling for Shanghai International Vessels. CNPC actively responded to the policy and took the lead in submitting application materials to the Municipal Commission of Commerce, becoming one of the first companies to take action. Thanks to the full support of the Municipal Commission of Commerce, the Commission of Transportation, the Management Committee of Lingang New District, government departments such as Customs, Maritime, Border Inspection and other port units, PetroChina succeeded in obtaining the first local license for bonded ship combustion refueling in Shanghai on August 23rd and quickly submitted the application for approval of refueling to the port units. Under the professional guidance of port units such as maritime and customs, the first batch of bonded bunker refueling tasks for international vessels under the local license of PetroChina "001" in Shanghai was successfully completed.
