On the 27th, the semifinals of the unprecedented 2022 U17 Women's World Cup came down to the wire, with Colombia and Spain coming out on top to face off.

After a tense and intense match, Colombia and Nigeria shook hands 0-0, and in a penalty shootout Colombia narrowly beat their opponents 6-5 to advance in a thrilling match.

In the other semifinal, Spain staged a late-game shutout to beat Germany 1-0 in a thrilling run to the final.

On the final night of October 30th, Spain as the previous champions will challenge Colombia again, while Colombia will stand on the stage of the final for the first time. In the group stage, China's U17 women's soccer team was defeated by Colombia and Spain with scores of 0-2 and 0-1, respectively, and regretted not being able to play with the two teams.
