On September 25th, the 17th round of the Chinese Super League (CSL) was rekindled with the Dalian People's Team and Guoan Team battling it out, and finally shaking hands with a score of 2-2 to make up for it. Two former Shenhua players, Shang Yin and Fei Yu, did not appear in the starting lineup for the match. According to Weekly Shanghai, Xie Hui's rotation strategy may be a careful preparation for Shenhua.

Shang Yin, a player who had been discovered by Shenhua from the amateur league in 2013, was loaned out to Jiangxi Liansheng shortly after joining the club to participate in the China B. In 2015, his contract with Shenhua expired and was not renewed. Since then, he has played for a number of clubs in the Central League until 2022, when he returned to Xie Hui's team as a member of Dalian People.

Likewise, Fei Yu is a product of Shenhua, where he made his debut in 2011 as a substitute in an away game against Nanchang Hengyuan, but failed to renew his contract in 2013 and began his journey in overseas leagues, joining Dalian Ren in 2022.

In this season, the names of Shang Yin and Fei Yu have been forgotten, but have regained their light under the guidance of Xie Hui. So far, Shang Yin has made 15 appearances, scoring 4 goals and contributing 1 assist, while Fei Yu has made 16 appearances, collecting 2 goals and 2 assists.

However, in the most recent match against Guoan, these two team cores were not sent to the starting lineup. The upcoming 29th, Dalian people will face Shenhua at home, Xie Hui's arrangement, I am afraid there is a deep meaning.
