According to the relevant deployment requirements of CFA on club reform, Dalian People's Football Club has recently completed its reorganization, forming an operational structure managed by a state-owned team and strongly supported by Wanda Group and other private enterprises. The new club will adhere to the correct direction of reform, systematically reconstruct the original operation mode and salary system, and is committed to building a team of first-class athletes full of fighting spirit, sense of unity, full of positive energy, defying difficulties and never give up, to devote themselves to the 2022 season of the work league with a new look, and to revitalize the splendor of the Dalian soccer. We are now recruiting first-team players from all over the country, and the following is the announcement of related matters:
I. Scope of recruitment
(a) Trial players must have the nationality of the People's Republic of China or foreign players serving in Chinese leagues at all levels (trial players must be currently residing in China, meet the epidemic prevention and control requirements, and be able to participate in the trial on time);
(b) Trial players should be law-abiding, of good conduct, no bad habits, with good technical and tactical level, physical fitness and enterprising sportsmanship (players with experience in working league and players of Dalian nationality who aspire to play in their hometowns are given priority in organizing trial training);
(c) Forward (CF) and back (DM) players are the target of this key assessment.
II. Selection method
The assessment and evaluation team, confirmed by the club, will select players for the first team or reserve team based on their trial performance and analysis of training and match data.
III. Remuneration system
After the players are formally recruited in the trial, the salary will be set according to the sunshine salary assessment system based on "basic salary (30%) + performance salary (70%) + match bonus". The sunshine salary assessment system will be oriented to guide the athletes to fight bravely, dare to struggle and show the spirit, not purely pursuing the results, rewarding the merits and punishing the faults, rewarding the diligence and punishing the laziness, eliminating the backward progress. Among them, the match bonus will be determined by comprehensively considering the team's performance, team atmosphere and players' individual match training performance, with the maximum not exceeding 5 times of the basic salary. The club hereby solemnly promises that it will strictly implement the established sunshine salary assessment system, pay according to performance, open and transparent, and put an end to salary arrears.
IV. Enrolment requirements
(a) Trial players are required to submit a physical health certificate issued by a third-class hospital within 30 days of the deadline for registration, and purchase personal accident insurance on their own, as well as sign the Dalian People's Football Club Trial Player Disclaimer during the trial period;
(ii) For players under the age of 18, a copy of the guardian's ID card must be attached and signed in agreement;
(c) Players participating in the trial need to bear the cost of round-trip transportation, food and lodging, the club can organize accommodation during the trial period, once hired, the club will bear all the expenses related to the trial, such as transportation costs;
(d) Trial players should not have signed a valid contract with other clubs and there is no transfer dispute. If the previous contract has been terminated, the player should hold a free-agency certificate issued by the original club (or the local football association) and sign a contract with the club after passing the trial and having the conditions for signing a contract.
