In order to thoroughly implement the strategic plan of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the reform and development of soccer, positively respond to the relevant requirements of the Dalian Municipal Party Committee and the municipal government, follow the direction of professional, market-oriented and social reform, and promote the sustained and healthy development of professional soccer in Dalian, according to the demand of the work, the Dalian People's Professional Football Club openly selects the men's soccer team head coach for the society. The relevant matters are announced as follows:
I. Job information
(i) Selection and recruitment position: Head Coach of the Men's First Team of Dalian People Professional Football Club.
(ii) Contract term: from the date of signing the contract to the end of the 2022 season of the first division of the Chinese Football Association (CFA); if promoted to the 2023 season of the Super League of the Chinese Football Association (CFA), the contract will be automatically renewed to the end of the 2023 season; if the conditions for the automatic renewal are not met, the contract will be negotiated separately according to the coaching achievements and youth training results.
(iii) Position remuneration: The sunshine remuneration system of basic salary + bonus (1:2 ratio) is implemented. IV. Conditions of enrolment

VI. Selection and recruitment procedures
