As we all know, the work of athletes is full of hardships itself. The reason why our women's volleyball players can get endorsement opportunities is precisely the result of their hard work. If it were not for the aura of Olympic champions, who could invite them to endorse? After all, only achievements can bring market influence. In contrast, our men's soccer team's performance is not satisfactory, and how many people are willing to find them endorsement?
Therefore, we should look at the role of advertising endorsement objectively. We should be committed to guiding and regulating this field, rather than treating it as a flood beast. At present, the income of most female volleyball players is on the low side, and once the income is lowered, it is naturally difficult to attract outstanding talents.
Many volleyball enthusiasts have noticed that potential stars of the women's volleyball team have been attracted to the basketball team. And why is this? The reason is still because of the income issue. Imagine if the income of women's volleyball players far exceeded that of women's basketball, what would be the flow of talent then? The answer is self-evident.
Currently, the volleyball program faces a lack of advertising and sponsorship. Therefore, we must develop and standardize the management in an orderly manner to ensure that every female volleyball player can share the dividend.
In light of this, the authors of this paper believe that the Volleyball Association should introduce a series of safeguards. Instead of allowing all endorsement opportunities to be concentrated on individual top athletes, they should be evenly distributed. At the same time, it will be crucial to ensure that all endorsement revenues are invested in improving the treatment of volleyball players!
