On August 29th, there was a sudden change in the wind and clouds! Wuxi Wuhu FC, a strong Chinese B team, has seen a major personnel change. Former soccer star Wei Xin is officially in charge of Wuxi Wuhou's first team, while young player Li Siqi also ushers in the joy of joining the club.

Wei Xin started his playing career on the soccer field in 1975 and was closely linked to Chongqing Lifan, where he became a hero to the fans in 2000 when he led the team to the AFC Cup. 2001 to 2006, Wei Xin became a member of the national team and helped China reach the final round of the 2002 World Cup, and won a silver medal in the 2004 Asian Cup, which was a great success for his country. After his retirement, he transformed into a coach and led Chongqing Lifan to succeed in the Super League, and since then, he has also served as assistant coach of the national junior team, leader and coach of the U22 national team, and brought Nantong Zhiyun Football Club up to the China League 1 from 2016 to 2019. 2020, he returned to his hometown and returned to Chongqing Contemporary Lifan FC, serving as the leader of the first-team team and head of the Chinese coaching team.

Another newcomer, Li Siqi, was born on August 30, 1997, and the winger and wing-back possesses uncommon strength. He emerged from Beijing Guoan's youth training system, was promoted to the first team in 2018 and traveled to Segunda Liga in 2019, joining Smederevo 1924. 2020 saw him play for Hebei Elite, and 2021 saw him make a name for himself in the Chinese B League for Yanbian Longding.
