Under the golden California sunshine, our women's soccer team played the fourth warm-up match of the overseas training in San Francisco of Davis Town on August 9 at 10:00 Beijing time. Liu Yanqiu, with a precise left-footed long-distance shot from the top of the penalty area, equalized a point for our women's soccer team, but in the end it was still a 1-5 defeat against Davis Legacy U16 men's soccer team, and suffered its first defeat in the U.S. training, with two wins, one draw and one loss in the four matches.

After finishing the East Asian Cup, our women's soccer team embarked on a nearly month-long overseas training tour on July 27 in San Francisco, CA, to build up their strength for the upcoming Asian Games and Women's World Cup. In the previous three warm-up matches, our women's soccer team defeated the San Francisco Nighthawks, Norcal PDP U15 boys' soccer team and California Storm by scores of 6-2, 1-1 and 5-1.

In today's warm-up match, Liu Yanqiu showed her captain's style shortly after the start of the first half and won the goal for her team with a wonderful long-distance shot. However, facing a strong opponent, our women's soccer team failed to turn the game around in the end.

It is reported that our women's soccer team will have the fifth warm-up match of the training at Negrosco Stadium in San Francisco on August 11 at 8:00 p.m. Beijing time against USF Women's Soccer, and we are looking forward to achieving good results in this match.
