In the evening news of July 31, China's Football Association officially unveiled the remaining fixtures for this season's Chinese Super League. Shanghai Shenhua will have consecutive home and away matches in August and is expected to travel a total of nearly 8,000 kilometers across the sky, according to Weekly Shanghai.

As we all know, due to various reasons, Shanghai Shenhua is currently unable to make their home debut in Hongkou, and have to regard Dalian Jinzhou Stadium as a temporary base. Meanwhile, Beijing Guoan, Tianjin Jinmen Tigers, Hebei Football, Cangzhou Lions and Shenzhen have also temporarily moved to neutral Haikou for their home matches, an arrangement that will undoubtedly make their journey even longer.

According to the schedule, Shenhua will leave Shanghai and go to Dalian to prepare for the match with Yatai and Taishan.On August 17, Shenhua will challenge Chengdu Rongcheng on the road, and then transfer to Haikou to prepare for the match with Jinmen Tigers on August 21.Shenhua will continue to face Beijing Guoan in Haikou on August 26.However, Shenhua has no clear plan on whether they will stay in Haikou or go back to Shanghai in the training place between these two matches. There is no clear plan yet.

Zhou to Shanghai pointed out that even if Shenhua chose to stay in Haikou, just counting the 3,000 kilometers to fly to Dalian after the game, in August alone, their air travel will accumulate a staggering 8,000 kilometers.
