In the late afternoon of July 29, Beijing Guoan officials released heavy news in a grand conference: the club not only held a youth training workshop, but also announced that it had reached a long-term cooperation agreement with a foreign team of youth training until 2024.

Below is the detailed official announcement:

On July 29, Beijing Guoan's Youth Training Workshop kicked off in the press conference hall of Fengtai Sports Center. During the meeting, the club officially announced the completion of contract extensions with the youth training foreign team, including Director of Youth Training Ladru, Director of Youth Training Operations Fan Lide, Head of Youth Training Phase II Raphael and Head of Youth Training Sports Performance Luke, until 2024.

In the youth training work session, the club's general manager Li Ming, together with the foreign team of youth training, reviewed the fruitful results of Beijing Guoan's youth training since 2018. After four years of efforts, Guoan youth training has completed the construction of the organizational structure and youth training system, and established a complete youth training ladder system. Now, Guoan youth training system has formed a unified set of technical and tactical concepts, workflow and planning. Based on these concepts, the youth training team has completed the compilation of the youth training syllabus, and has now published the Road to Success series, which includes as many as seven content-rich manuals, including the instruction manual, organization and process manual, and technical training manual.

Looking to the future, Beijing Guoan Youth Training will continue to optimize the structure and process of youth training, help the development of Beijing soccer (including amateur clubs and campus soccer), expand the age group and influence of the Zhonghe Guoan Cup tournaments, actively participate in the integration of sports and education, and provide players with high-quality education and soccer training, so as to cultivate more comprehensive and better talents.

Immediately afterward, the coaching teams of Guoan U21 and U13 teams showed the training methods and contents for different age groups, and demonstrated the inheritance of Guoan's youth training concepts through open training sessions.

In the concluding session of the Youth Training Workshop, General Manager Li Ming issued an initiative to all of Beijing, hoping to create a unified youth training concept with the Beijing Football Association, all youth training clubs, and Beijing schools that care about soccer. At the same time, Guoan Youth Training will share the results of the past four years' work - the contents of the Guoan Youth Training Syllabus - and welcome more youth training organizations to join as partners. As the only professional soccer club in the top league in Beijing, Beijing Guoan has the responsibility and commitment to help the development of soccer and the cultivation of talents in Beijing.
