The second transfer window of this season's Chinese Super League (CSL) kicked off on August 1st. Shanghai Harbor, a Chinese Super League team that did not perform well in the first phase of the league, is seeking new blood in order to strengthen the overall strength of the team. It is reported that Harbour has successfully brought in two strong players: former Dalian Ren defender Li Shuai and Dutch League 1 Kemble striker Isakalon. Both players have completed the termination of their contracts with their original clubs and are currently free agents.

Li Shuai, a good left-sided player who joined the Dalian Ren in 2016, has made 111 appearances for the team in the past six seasons, contributing two goals and nine assists. Not only is he technically excellent, he can also play as a wingback and left winger. It is worth mentioning that Li Shuai has been selected for the national team roster. Due to the issue of unpaid salary, he filed an arbitration against the FA after the last season's league and was granted free agency before the transfer window closed. However, due to missing the transfer period, Li Shuai could only train alone in the first phase of the league. Now, his addition will undoubtedly strengthen Harbour's offensive and defensive capabilities on the left side of the pitch.

On the foreign aid front, Harbour has reached a termination agreement with Muy, who will forfeit the remainder of his contract in favor of free agency. Muay will probably move to Celtic in the Scottish Premier League to better prepare for the upcoming World Cup in Qatar. Muay lives in Scotland with his wife and it would be a smart move for him to join the Scottish Premier League.

Meanwhile, Seaport has also brought in new foreign striker Isakalon. The player from Sierra Leone, who is from the same hometown as Henan's striker Toure, played as a left winger in the Dutch League 1 side Cambuur last season, delivering impressive figures of five goals and eight assists. During his time in the Dutch Eredivisie, Kallon was the team's top scorer and helped the team get promoted. Now, Caron has terminated his contract with Cambuur and announced his farewell on social media, and is expected to make his debut for Harbour on August 5 when the league restarts.
