As the years go by, the "rules of survival" on the court are also evolving. The coaching team has issued new instructions: players must rely on their hands when serving in the early stages of the game, and must use their heads to pass the ball. Such "tactical drills" are in fact a comprehensive improvement of the players' ability to compete for high balls, to accurately anticipate and observe the rhythm of the game, as well as to coordinate the use of the body and other aspects.

As the game came to an end, the players were immediately put into an intense sprinting and running session. The training lasted 15 minutes and each player completed dozens of sprints. The laughter in the air at the beginning of the training disappeared without a trace, enough to prove that the players' physical exhaustion.
