The Shandong Airlines flight carrying the Chinese men's and women's soccer selection teams arrived at Nagoya Central International Airport in Japan at 11:17 p.m. local time on July 17th, after a flight of more than two hours. The smooth immigration process allowed the team to settle into the Crown Hotel in Nagoya at around 1:00pm local time. Both the national soccer team and the women's soccer team are still required to follow strict epidemic prevention measures before they can start their local preparations.

With the domestic training coming to an end, the national football and women's selection team took off from Qingdao in the early morning of July 17 and flew directly to Nagoya to prepare for the upcoming East Asian Cup Championships to be held in Japan.

The chartered plane took off from Beijing at 8:14 a.m. and arrived in Nagoya at 11:17 a.m. on the 17th, taking only about an hour from landing to full entry. The team then proceeded to their respective hotels and began their pre-match preparations.

The hotel for the national soccer selection team is the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Nagoya, which is about a 40-minute drive from the airport, and the team checked in around 1:00 p.m. local time. According to the set schedule, the team will have its first outdoor training session at the venue at 5:30 pm.

Due to the local epidemic prevention policy, the two teams will not be in a "bubble-type epidemic prevention closed loop" during their stay in Japan, but the CFA and the teams' management teams have made epidemic prevention a top priority. Thanks to the association's efforts, the two hotels have reserved separate floors and special passages for the two teams. During their stay, the two teams will strictly limit their movement between the hotels, training and match venues.
