Under the hot sun of Qingdao, the elite training camp of Chinese men's football team came to an end at 6 pm on July 15 at Tiantai Sports Center. As the training came to an end, player Tan Long stepped into the media spotlight and began to share his training insights.

"I'm in excellent physical shape, having had 3-4 days of full rest recently, and the young U23's are in equally energetic training shape." Tan Long's words revealed his overall satisfaction with the team.

Talking about his communication with coach Jankovic, Tan Long revealed: "We communicated very simply, we didn't have too high expectations for the results, but more of a desire to show the team's style. With my experience in A-League matches, I hope to help the young players grow while striving for a breakthrough in the game. Although we are relatively inexperienced in international matches, we will fight for every point on the field with tenacity and aim to break down our opponents' defenses."

Tamron also said that Jankovic expects him to play a key role. "I will also try to show my best form, especially in taking chances in front of goal."

Facing the upcoming two strong opponents, Japan and South Korea, Tan Long is full of confidence: "These two opponents are strong, but we have no psychological pressure, the pressure is on the opponent's side. I am very eager to score a goal, for me to score on Japan and South Korea teams will be the honor of my life."
