During this period, former Chongqing Two Rivers Athletic players (including foreign players) can handle the transfer procedures of domestic professional players.

Chinese Super League, Chinese First Division and Chinese Second Division clubs may each bring in up to three players formerly of Chongqing Liangjiang Athletic during the additional temporary transfer window. It should be noted that foreign players are subject to the relevant registration quota regulations.
Players previously on loan to Chongqing Liangjiang Athletic need to return to their original clubs, and they will remain on loan during this temporary window; while players on loan from Chongqing Liangjiang Athletic to other clubs will need to follow the "termination of loan" procedure upon expiration of the loan period.

Chinese Super League, Chinese League One and Chinese League Two clubs may register up to three additional former Chongqing Two Rivers Athletic players during the temporary transfer window, not counting towards the initial registration number. From the closure of the second transfer window of the 2022 season, the maximum number of league entries for each club will be 35.
The number of first-time applicants for the Chinese Super League and the Chinese League A shall be 18 to 35, and the total number of applicants for the whole year shall not exceed 45. The number of applicants for the first registration for the Chinese B League shall be from 18 to 35, and the total number of applicants for the whole year shall not exceed 40.
Each club in the Chinese Super League can register a maximum of 5 foreign players at the same time, and each club in the Chinese League A can register a maximum of 3 foreign players at the same time.
