On May 14th, the second phase of the Women's Super League came to an end with Wuhan Chegu Jiangda's narrow 1-0 victory over Shaanxi Chang'an, and their 10 consecutive victories and 30 points put them at the top of the table. Originally, the third phase of the tournament was scheduled to kick off in June, but due to changes in the national team's training program, the CFA decisively postponed this phase of the tournament to October.

Affected by the postponement of the Asian Games, the preparation plan of our women's national team and the schedule of the Women's Super League have been adjusted accordingly. Accordingly, the third and fourth stages of the Women's Super League matches for the 2022 season have also been rescheduled. The third phase of the tournament will be played from October 7 to 17 (four rounds in total), while the fourth phase is scheduled from October 23 to November 2 (four rounds in total).

It is reported that the Chinese national women's soccer team will start training from May 19 to June 6 at Mission Hills International Football Training Base in Haikou, Hainan. This means that the players will have a short break after the Women's Super League tournament.
