According to the latest news, the Chinese Football Association (CFA) and the preparatory team of the Chinese Football League (CFL) are stepping up their efforts to promote the selection of zones and schedule planning for the new Chinese Super League (CSL) and Chinese First League (CFL) seasons. At the same time, they are scrutinizing the eligibility applications submitted by clubs at all levels of the league. As of April 14, the collection and review of qualification applications have achieved remarkable results. The CFA and the preparatory team have determined the list of clubs eligible for the replacement of professional leagues at all levels according to the actual situation.
According to the announcement, a total of eight clubs are eligible to apply for the 2022 Chinese League A and Chinese League B replacement qualification. Among them, two clubs, Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT), which ranked 17th in the 2021 season's Central League A, and Xinjiang Tianshan Xuebao (XTX), which ranked 18th, can apply for the qualification for the 2022 season's Central League A. Shaoxing Shangyu Yilong, eighth Zhuhai Qin'ao six clubs can apply for the 2022 season of the Chinese B League replacement qualification.
Observing the list of applications for replacement qualification, we can find that no clubs have obtained the replacement qualification for the new season of the Chinese Super League, which means that the 18 clubs that have passed the admission audit for the new season of the Chinese Super League will theoretically participate in the new season of the Chinese Super League. At the same time, there are 2 clubs to obtain the qualification of the replacement of the Chinese A League and 6 clubs to obtain the qualification of the replacement of the Chinese B League, which shows that the CFA does follow the principle of "can make up for is to make up for", to ensure that the new season of all levels of professional leagues of the complete scale.
Obtaining the qualification of substitution does not mean that the substitution is successful. These 8 clubs need to submit qualified entry materials in accordance with the announcement requirements, and submit the confirmation letter of eligibility in time after passing the entry audit. The clubs that have obtained the qualification for the replacement of the Chinese B League are also required to pay a deposit of 600,000 yuan before April 19th.
