On April 6 in Beijing, the Chinese Football Association (CFA) announced the access notice for the new three-tier league season on April 3, approving the qualification of 18 Chinese Super League clubs, 17 Chinese First Division clubs and 22 Chinese Second Division clubs. However, due to the failure of Guizhou Central League club to meet the AFC's access conditions and the delay in solving the problem of world wage arrears, resulting in the loss of its eligibility to participate in this season. In addition, the Sichuan Minzu Football Club also lost its entry qualification because it failed to submit its documents within the stipulated deadline.
The CFF has issued the confirmation letter of participation to the clubs and asked the clubs to return the confirmation letter to the CFF before April 11th. At that time, CFF will promptly announce the list of participating teams for the new season.
Although all the clubs in the three-tier league have passed the admission, Hebei in the Super League team has not yet replied to the training matters, and Qingdao in the Central League is very likely to abandon this season's Central League, and the final list of participants may be changed.
Media personality Li Xuan revealed that he has recently observed the fluctuation of some teams. It should be noted that the three-tier league access list in the notice on the work related to the 2022 season's Chinese Super League, Chinese League A and Chinese League B released by the CFA on April 3 only represents teams with the will to participate and the basic establishment, and their presence on the list doesn't mean that they have been fully qualified to participate in the new season.
Some of the teams with salary arrears are "conditional access", and need to participate in the confirmation, and need to submit the salary arrears solution, salary arrears summary in accordance with the notification of the time point; the B clubs in addition to these requirements, but also need to pay the notification referred to in the B League security deposit.
Therefore, the teams currently on the list are in fact only qualified to submit further information, and may still lose their eligibility for the new season if they fail in the subsequent review, or if the C.B. clubs are unable to pay the deposit.
