
In today's practice, the coaching team crafted an intense, specialized program centered on strength training. While Malcolm and Stanchou were focusing on recovery training, the rest of the team, after completing easy jogging and comprehensive warm-up, devoted themselves to a number of programs such as sensitive speed, passing and catching skills, and confrontational exercises with full enthusiasm. They braved the inclement weather and gave it their all, demonstrating their tenacity.
With the accelerated pace of season preparation, the intensity of the team's training is also steadily increasing.
