
The soccer world welcomes fresh blood! Five tough players, Li Shuai, Liao Junjian, Yang Chao, Chen Zhechao and Wang Wei, have completed their signings with Meizhou Hakka Football Club, officially starting their Chinese Super League careers.
First up is Li Shuai, a defender born on May 19, 1994, who hails from China's Guizhou province and played for Heilongjiang Bingcheng. In the new season, he will wear the No. 30 gown and fight for Meizhou Hakka in the Chinese Super League.
Next up is Liao Junjian, a player born on January 27, 1994 from Guangxi. He played in Wuhan for 4 years and made a total of 94 appearances. It is worth mentioning that in the second half of 2019, he was also selected for the National Football League (NFF) World Qualifying Tournament list, becoming the first player in the Zhuoer era to be selected for the NFF. In the new season, he will wear the No. 6 jersey and represent Meizhou Hakka in the Chinese Super League.
Yang Chaochao, the striker born on July 22, 1993, is from Guangdong. Previously, he played for Changchun Yatai. In the new season, he will wear the No. 16 gown and charge for Meizhou Hakka in the Chinese Super League.
Chen Zhechao, the center back born on April 19, 1995 is from Hubei. He was the captain of the U19 national youth team and played for Shandong Taishan. In the new season, he will wear No. 15 and guard the goal on behalf of Meizhou Hakka in the Chinese Super League.
The last one is Wang Wei, the player born on June 22, 1989 is from Dalian. He has played for Beijing Baxi and Qingdao Zhongneng before joining Shanghai Shenhua in 2017 and Qingdao in 2021. In the new season, he will wear No. 21 and play on the wing for Meizhou Hakka in the Chinese Super League.
