In response to the relevant deployment of the CFA on the reform of the soccer salon, the Dalian People's Football Salon has recently completed the restructuring, forming a new mode of operation with the management of the state-owned team as the cornerstone and strong support from private enterprises such as the Wanda Group. The new Salon will adhere to the correct direction of reform, comprehensively innovate the old operating mechanism and salary system, and strive to create a first-class team of athletes who are full of will to fight, unite and collaborate, full of energy, dare to rise to the challenge and never give up, so that they can welcome the 2022 season of the professional league in a brand-new appearance and revitalize the glory of the Dalian soccer. For this reason, the Salon is recruiting first team players from all over the country, and the related matters are announced as follows:
I. Conditions of recruitment
(a) Trial players must hold Chinese nationality or be foreign active players in Chinese leagues at all levels (trial players must reside in China, comply with the epidemic prevention and control regulations, and be able to attend the trial on time);
(ii) Trial players must be law-abiding, of good moral character, free of bad habits, with excellent technical level, physical fitness and positive sportsmanship (Dalian players with professional league experience or those who intend to return to their hometowns will be given priority in arranging trial training);
(c) Forward (CF) and back (DM) players are the focus of this tryout.
II. Selection process
The Salon will set up a professional evaluation team to select outstanding players to join the first team or reserve team based on the comprehensive analysis of the players' trial performance and training and match data.
III. Remuneration system
After the players pass the trial and are formally hired, the salary will be based on the sunshine salary assessment system of "basic salary (30%) + performance salary (70%) + match bonus". The system is designed to motivate players to fight bravely, dare to struggle, and show the spirit of the purpose, not only focusing on the results, but also rewarding the good and punishing the bad, rewarding diligence and punishing laziness, and eliminating the winners and the losers. The match bonus will be determined by considering the team's performance, team atmosphere and individual player's performance in the match, and the maximum bonus will not be more than 5 times of the basic salary. Salon solemnly promises that it will strictly implement the sunshine salary assessment system to realize the pay according to performance, openness and transparency, and put an end to salary arrears.
IV. Enrollment instructions
(a) Trial players are required to provide a physical health certificate issued by a tertiary hospital within 30 days prior to the deadline for application, and purchase personal accident insurance on their own, and sign a waiver of liability for trial players of the Dalian People's Professional Football Salon during the trial period;
(ii) For players under the age of 18, a copy of the guardian's ID card must be attached and signed to give consent;
(c) Players in the trial will be responsible for their own round-trip transportation, food and lodging expenses; the salon can provide accommodation during the trial; once hired, all trial-related expenses will be borne by the salon;
(d) Trial players must not have signed a valid contract with another salon, there is no transfer dispute, if the first contract has been terminated, the original salon (or the local football association) must hold a free-agency certificate issued by the original salon (or the local football association), after the trial training and have the conditions for the signing of the contract with the salon signed.
V. Enrolment

Salon will review the resumes and will notify the tryout time, location and related requirements by phone after passing. Applicants must comply with the latest epidemic prevention and control requirements issued by the Dalian CDC.
