Taishan Evening News: Last year, you led the team to win the Triple Crown, where do you think the Shandong women's soccer team is most outstanding?
Yin Tiesheng: I think it's our targeted training and preparation, the efficient execution of the players, as well as the deep understanding and precise execution of the tactical intent, which are our valuable experience and need to continue to carry forward.
THAILAND EVENING NEWS: Which of the three championships have you been most impressed with?
Yin Tiesheng: It should be a tournament championship. The tournament has a longer cycle, unlike the Supercup, which can be won in one match. Yin Tiesheng: Our main goal is relegation. At present, it seems that Dalian, Changchun introduced foreign aid, strong strength, Shanghai is also a traditional strong team, last year won the championship, relegation task is arduous. This year we only introduced one internal aid, is Dalian's Zhao Xinzhai, she integrated into the team for a short time. Yin Tiesheng: treatment is indeed low, similar to the early stage of professionalization of men's football in 1994, there is a three-tier division. Dalian, Changchun has been fully professionalized, players have the highest income. Shanghai is a combination of sports commission and sponsorship, treatment is also good. Our model, mainly relying on the career program.
Taishan Evening News: Can you reveal the income of Shandong women soccer players now?
Yin Tiesheng: the basic salary of most of the players in about 2000 yuan, the bonus according to the results, which comes from the club and sponsorship. This is a bit like the situation in 1994 when the men's football team was just professionalized, themselves and their own comparison is not bad, but compared with the outside world, the gap is still very big.
Taishan Evening News: the new season Shandong women's football home field is located in Shandong Province Sports Center, you mentioned 94 years of professionalism, this time back to the provincial body, you have any feelings?
Yin Tiesheng: For me, it has a special significance, as if going back to '94. Now we mainly rely on the Sports Commission and the Football Management Center, which is probably the best in terms of field conditions. But I'm not as confident as I used to be, and the development of women's soccer faces many variables. I hope that this year will be like '94, the team, the field and the results can return to the same as in '94 and have a good start.
The gap between men's and women's soccer is obvious, and fans are expected to support women's soccer
Taishan Evening News: You have coached both men's and women's soccer, what do you think is the biggest difference between coaching men's and women's soccer?
Yin Tiesheng: Football is similar, but there is a big gap between men's and women's football in terms of body and ability. There is also a gap between men's and women's soccer in terms of soccer understanding. Men's soccer is more likely to accept new things and change some things, while women's soccer is relatively difficult.
Taishan Evening News: As the former head coach of Luneng Taishan, do you have any views on the team's reform?
Yin Tiesheng: Reform is a good thing, and the result of reform depends on the results of the whole year. From the current point of view, to bring everyone a surprise, but then a few games and problems. The club's conditions and treatment have created a good environment for the athletes, but the results are not stable enough. It was thought that the introduction of high-level center backs would improve the team's defense, but the recent two games made it hard to see.
Taishan Evening News: You mentioned the attendance of women's soccer team before, there are only a few hundred people on average per game. Now that the women's soccer team's home stadium is located in the provincial stadium, what do you want to say to the Shandong fans?
Yin Tiesheng: Not many people care about women's soccer now, and the level of women's soccer may not be as attractive as men's soccer, and the scenes are not as exciting as men's soccer. I have made an appointment with some presidents of fan associations, and they promised to give more support to women's soccer. I am more looking forward to the fans being there to see the Shandong women's soccer team win. I hope to attract more fans through our game results and performance.
