Official Announcement Shanghai Harbour Football Club officially announced that player Jia Bo Yan has reached a transfer agreement with Grasshopper Football Club of Switzerland, and he will wear the uniform of Grasshopper from now on to start a new chapter of his career.
Since his transfer from Shanghai Lucky Star to Shanghai Seaport in 2018, Jia Bo Yan has energized the team with his outstanding performances as a striker and has been a regular in the national youth teams at all levels.
At the 2018 U15 National Championship, Jia Bo Yan was awarded top scorer with a brilliant 17 goals; in 2020, he made his debut in the Chinese Super League (CSL) at the age of 16 years and 275 days, setting a record as the youngest CSL player in the history of Shanghai Seaport; and in 2021, he represented the Shanghai team at the 14th All China Universiade U18 Boys' Soccer Tournament.
