In the space and time of February 10th, Brazil's Globe Sports released a heavy news that Ceará Athletic Club, a rising soccer star in the Barclays Premier League, is quietly extending an olive branch, extending a warm invitation hand to the former Guangzhou team's radiant player, Exxon, whose response, at the moment, is hanging in the balance like an unknown showdown.

Globe Sports has revealed that Ceara Athletic's desire for former Botafogo star Elkesson (Ekson) has prompted the club's top brass to reach out to his agent in order to probe the player's intentions, in a scene that, like a turning point in the plot, leaves one guessing as to where it will go in the next moment.

At 32, Iverson, a former attacker, is now in a sea of freedom. In January, he had an in-depth contact with Botafogo, however, the two sides ended up parting ways amidst discussions over his annual salary.

After nine years of playing in the Chinese Super League (CSL), Aixon chose to leave after his contract was terminated with Guangzhou, where he won the CSL title and top scorer in the league in his first season in 2012, and was naturalized by our national team as part of the national football team thanks to his outstanding performances.

Ackerson started his free agency career after leaving the Guangzhou team. He arranged his own training to keep his form. In addition to the attention of the Barclays Premier League teams, teams from the Turkish and Saudi leagues are also eyeing him, but as of now, no team has made an official offer.

Ackerson had the opportunity to assemble with the national football team and go to Japan for the 12-team tournament, however, the shadow of the new crown virus made him eventually failed to be selected for the last edition of the national team list. With the national soccer team already out of the tournament, Li Xiaopeng's short-term plan is to change blood and work on newcomers, so it is likely that Ackerson will not be on the national soccer team's roster for the final two rounds of the Round of 12 in March as well.
