Zhejiang Professional Football Club recently welcomed a new member to the team - former Heilongjiang Bingcheng Cameroonian star Donovan Evolo - and his arrival marks a continuation of the team's aggressive reinforcement strategy at the end of the 2021 season. Born in 1996, the tall forward, Donovan Ewolo, stands at 191cm and started his career with Aalborg Reserves in Denmark. He spent the 2018-2019 season with North Carolina FC in the United States before setting foot in China in 2020 as a member of Heilongjiang Ice City.
In the 2021 season of the Central League, Evolo played 33 games, contributing 14 goals and 1 assist, and was particularly eye-catching on the field with his aggressive running and ferocious scrambling. His scrambling stats, aerial contests, and ground contests all ranked among the top in the Central League.
