The league is back in action. The second phase of the tournament starts on December 12 in two regions. The Guangzhou Region will be officially launched on December 13th, when the three Guangdong powerhouses, Guangzhou, Guangzhou City and Shenzhen, will gather together to compete for the championship honor. Despite the many challenges Guangzhou is currently facing, they still harbor the belief that they will strive to win the title this season.

During the fierce competition from the 6th round to the 14th round of the first stage, Guangzhou Region experienced the high intensity test of "three days of one race, four simultaneous race courses". Thanks to the strong support of the Guangzhou Municipal Government and related departments, the Guangzhou Region successfully completed the task of organizing the tournament. Therefore, Guangzhou Region is full of confidence for the second stage of the championship.
The matches in the championship group will still be played at four venues, Tianhe Stadium, Yuexiushan Stadium, University City Sports Center and Huadu Stadium, with each round of matches to be played at two time slots, 18:00 and 20:00 (the last two rounds will be played at the same time, the exact time to be determined).
The hospitality hotel for the championship group will remain the Oriental Hotel, which is expected to start receiving teams from December 10th onwards. At present, all competition venues and training grounds have been closed for maintenance to ensure that they meet the demands of the tournament.
In the first phase of the tournament, the Guangzhou tournament was sold to the public at 70% of the actual capacity for each match on the premise of obtaining the approval of the Municipal Health Commission and implementing epidemic prevention and control measures. According to statistics, the average number of spectators in the first phase of the tournament was about 2,690, of which the match between Guangzhou and Shenzhen, the opening ceremony and the match between Guangzhou and Guangzhou City attracted a lot of attention, with the number of spectators reaching 28,252 and 27,866 respectively.
