Today, November 9, Beijing time, the official news of our soccer team, the upcoming sixth-round showdown with Oman and Australia will be open to the general public.
It is noteworthy that with the switch of our soccer team's next two home matches to Sharjah, the Chinese Football Association (CFA) has submitted a request to FIFA and the AFC seeking to open up 50 per cent of the spectator stands, i.e. 6,000 seats. The request has now been approved by FIFA. In order to incentivize more fans to attend the matches live, the ticket price has been set at Dh50 (about Rs87).
Our soccer team officially released the following information:
After in-depth consultation with the UAE Football Association and obtaining the support of the AFC, the matches between our team and Oman in the fifth round and between our team and Australia in the sixth round of the 2022 Qatar FIFA World Cup Asian Qualifiers Group B will be open to the public. Meanwhile, according to the coordination of the government of Sharjah, UAE and the capacity of Sharjah Stadium, the number of tickets sold for each match will be limited to 6,000.
Go China, go! Go our team!
