Q: What valuable lessons have been learned from shouldering the burden of relegation?

A: First of all, the mentality of the players is crucial, they need to have confidence in themselves, and once they have confidence, we can do anything. Also, teamwork is crucial, we need to support each other and then all the problems will be solved.

Q: What are some of the unique coaching philosophies from a highly acclaimed past coaching career?

A: I always ask myself to work hard, I believe in attacking soccer and try to score more goals than my opponents in every game. At the same time, I try to create a positive atmosphere in the team so that the players can perform at their best. If I see the players doing their best at the end of a training session, that's proof that I've done my job well. Of course, luck is also indispensable in soccer, but I firmly believe that if we give our best, good luck will come naturally.

Q: What are some of the challenges the team is currently facing and what kind of team do you hope to build?

A: We need to improve in every aspect, especially the backline, where a solid defense is the cornerstone of the offense. Although it takes hard work to revamp the team, the priority is to strengthen the backline and I believe we can get better and better. There is still one month before the league resumes, which is enough time for us to get ready.

Q: Thoughts on the current National Football League?

A: The global league has been affected by the epidemic, and the most important thing now is to safeguard the health of the people, for which our Government has made great efforts. Our national team has had to play their home matches in West Asia due to the epidemic, which is a challenge for everyone. I hope that the epidemic will end soon and that things will get back on track.
