Q: Your past coaching career has been highly acclaimed, can you share your coaching philosophy?

A: I always ask myself to work hard, I have a passion for attacking soccer and I try to score more goals than my opponents in every game. In addition, I try to create a positive team atmosphere so that the players can perform at their best. I know I'm doing a good job when I see my players giving their best in training and matches. Of course, luck is also indispensable in soccer, but I think as long as we give our best, luck will naturally be on our side.

Q: What are some of the current challenges facing the team and what kind of team do you hope to build?

A: We need to improve in many aspects, the back line is the team's top priority, a solid defense is the guarantee of the offense. Although it takes a lot of effort to revamp the team, the most urgent task at the moment is to strengthen our backline, and I firmly believe that we can become stronger. There is still a month to go before the league resumes, which gives us plenty of time to prepare.

Q: What is your opinion of the National Football League?

A: Leagues around the globe have been affected by the epidemic and it is now of utmost importance to safeguard the health of the people, which our government has worked hard to protect. Many aspects of soccer have changed due to the epidemic and our national team has had to travel to West Asia for home matches, which has been a challenge for everyone. It is hoped that the epidemic will end soon and that things will get back on track.
