On November 3, Shanghai Shenhua's former foreign aid Freddy Guarin shared a warm photo with his mother on social media platforms, in which his physique has obviously changed.
Guarin expressed his thoughts about his mother in the posting, "Time spent with my mom (Pasando tiempo con mamá...TE AMO MI NEGRA HERMOSA)," along with a photo of the group.
Earlier this year, Guarin had an argument with his father and terminated his contract with the Colombian millionaire's club in the summer. According to local media reports, Guarin is suffering from a drinking problem.
Born in 1986, Guarin played for Shanghai Shenhua from 2016 to 2019, during which time he made 100 appearances, scoring 28 goals and making 22 assists. His transfer market value in 2014 was a whopping €19.8 million (roughly Rs. 147 million), while he is now valued at just €330,000 (roughly Rs. 2.44 million).
