On October 22nd, in Beijing time zone, Vietnamese media "thethao247" reported that the Hanoi City Civic Committee officially approved the admission of spectators to the upcoming two matches of the Vietnamese soccer team at the My Dinh Stadium. The matches are expected to bring 12,000 soccer fans (30% of the total capacity of the stadium) to the venue to cheer on the Vietnamese team in two crucial home matches against Japan and Saudi Arabia.

Vietnam will face Japan on November 11, followed by a clash with Saudi Arabia on November 16 as the World Qualifying Tournament schedule progresses. Fans entering the stadium will be required to show proof of two full doses of the new crown vaccination and a negative nucleic acid test report within 72 hours before the match, while strictly adhering to all precautionary measures.

The return of the fans is seen as a powerful motivation to inspire Vietnam's players in the World Qualifier 12. With the passionate chants of the home fans, the players will gain unlimited strength. Captain Que Ngoc Hai admitted in an interview that the presence of fans is a big psychological pressure on the opponents. He expects the fans' cheering to bring victory to the team.

Currently, the organizing committee is fully engaged in intensive preparations for the upcoming Japan match, which includes ticket distribution and communication with the AFC. The Organizing Committee will submit a detailed organizational plan for the Vietnam match to the AFC in time.
