On October 17, the 2021 China Youth Football League and the Chinese Football Association National Youth Football League (Boys U19 Group) Rizhao match kicked off at the practice base of Rizhao International Football Center.
The 10 teams participating in the 2021 National Youth Football League Men's U19 Division Rizhao Tournament: Group A Shandong Taishan, Beijing North Sports University, Hebei, Dalian People's Team, Qingdao Sea Bulls, and Group B Changchun Yatai, Qingdao, Henan Songshan Longmen, Beijing Guoan, and Cangzhou Lions started a seven-day, five-round fierce competition at the practice base of the Rizhao International Football Center.

It is reported that a total of 20 teams will participate in the 2021 China Youth Football League and China Football Association National Youth Football League (Boys' U19 Group), which will be divided into four groups to play three stages of matches, of which the first stage will be a fixed group tournament, and the second and third stages will be a lifting group tournament.
