As the third stage of the 2021 season came to a close last weekend, officials were quick to reveal the Man of the Match for Round 26, with Meizhou Hakka's Gisen, Heilongjiang Bingcheng's Evolo and Wuhan Sanzhen's central midfielder Zhang Xiaobin, all three sharing the honor.

In the match between Meizhou Hakka and Suzhou Dongwu, Gisen scored a hat-trick to seal the win. This is the fifth time this season that Gisen has been honored as the best player of a single round. In the match between Heilongjiang Bingcheng and Chengdu Rongcheng, Evolo opened the scoring with a header that led his team to victory.
