In today's breaking news, the Japan Football Association (JFA) made an official statement on its decision to call up striker Michi, who has a mixed-race background, to join the national team in preparation for the upcoming September 7 Asian qualifying round 12 match against China.

Onaiwu Adau, 25, known for his outstanding physical fitness and amazing bounce, currently plays for Toulouse in France's Ligue 2. He is 5'8" and weighs 74 kilograms, and his father is Nigerian.

Remarkably, this is the third time the Japanese national team has invited Adao to join them, and he was a revelation in Japan's World Qualifier against Kyrgyzstan in June, scoring a hat-trick of three goals in just six minutes to help Japan thrash their opponents.

It is worth noting that three players, Itakura Hwang, Hiroki Sakai and Takumi Minamino, have already announced their withdrawal from the current national team roster.

The second round of the 12-team tournament between Japan and China will then kick off at 23:00 GMT on September 7th. Both teams suffered losses in the first round, with Japan going down 0-1 to Oman and China losing 0-3 to Australia.
