The drums of the league are about to beat, Shanghai Harbor's national football elite have all returned, the whole team is with high fighting spirit to meet the upcoming intensive schedule.
Yesterday evening, the team skipper Leko together with Stanley Wang, Li Ang, Yu Hai, Lopez and other players, on the eve of the preparation for training, jointly appeared in the Shanghai Harbour Club organized by the second session of the "concentricity of the same boat" Dragon Boat Race.
The tournament attracted thirteen teams with members from fans, media and club staff. Players from the Harbour team were drawn into their respective teams by lottery, led by club chairman Zhang Min and head coach Leko.
In the end, the "No. 5" team led by Wei Zhen won the championship, while the "No. 13" team led by Li Shenglong and the "No. 6" team led by Ricardo Lopez won the second and third place.
As a pillar of team spirit, all participating fans went together to the Harbour Team's training base at Century Park after the game to witness the team's open training.
Before the start of the training, all the players, coaches and fans present took a family photo to cheer for the upcoming Chinese Super League.
After a month and a half of training for the national football team and the Top 40 tournament, the three international players Yan Junling, Wang Shenchao and Li Ang are overwhelmed by their return to training with the team, and are eagerly looking forward to the re-launch of the Chinese Super League.
Yan Junling said in an interview, "Just returned to the team training only two days ago, although the next schedule is compact, but feel that the team is in good shape, we are all actively preparing for the game. Indeed, we haven't experienced such an intensive schedule, with one game in three days, nine games and high temperatures, it's a challenge for us and the whole Chinese Super League. I definitely hope to achieve good results for the club in these nine matches."
Regarding his physical condition, Yan Junling revealed that during the isolation period in Suzhou after returning home, the national team has maintained high-intensity training, and he has maintained a good competitive state.
Stanley Wong, who has outstanding physical fitness, is also confident that he will be able to cope with the upcoming Chinese Super League matches, "I think there is no problem with my physical fitness, I have been training every day in the national team before, and I have also had high-intensity matches. I think I'm in the best physical condition despite the lack of rest. The intensive schedule is a test for every team, but our training has been ready to cope with it from the first day of the head coach's tenure."
