With the official release of the 2021 CFA Women's Football League program, the much-anticipated Women's First Division League will soon kick off at the Dalian Youth Football Training Base. Below is the information about the tournament:
I. Organization of the event
(i) Competition period: July 27 to August 9 for the first phase and October 8 to 24 for the second phase.
(ii) Venue: Dalian Youth Football Training Base.
(c) Check-in location: No. 175, Wicker Gully, Huangqi Village, Shihe Street, Jinpu New District, Dalian.
II. Participating Teams
Hebei Huaxia Happiness, Shaanxi Women's Football Team, Dalian People Women's Football Team, Shanghai Shenhua Shangti Women's Football Team, Chongqing Yongchuan Rheinda, Guangzhou Team, Yunnan Jiasijing, Shanghai Qiusheng Donghua, Qingdao Huanghai Shan Polytechnic, Tianjin Shengde Women's Football Team, U17 Women's National Football Team.
III. Check-in time
Check-in for the first phase of the tournament is July 24th and the second phase is October 5th.
IV. Tournament Regulations and Requirements
(a) Participating teams are required to strictly comply with the requirements of the Epidemic Prevention and Control Guidelines of the 2021 CFA Adult Women's Football Tournament, and to undergo at least two nucleic acid tests before the tournament, and enter the tournament area only after the test results are normal.
(b) The first person responsible for epidemic prevention and control of each team shall assign a deputy general manager or above to be resident in the competition area and be responsible for epidemic prevention and control related work throughout the whole process.
(c) Participating teams are required to sign relevant documents such as the Epidemic Prevention and Control Convention, the Fair Play Convention, and the League Responsibility Statement, so as to strengthen the management and supervision of the epidemic prevention and control, match discipline and anti-doping work of the League.
(d) The participating teams, while doing a good job in epidemic prevention, training and competition, should reasonably arrange the amateur cultural life of the team, actively participate in the party building and other activities arranged by the temporary party branch of the tournament area, and show the positive, sunny and healthy spirit of women's football in China.
(e) Participating teams shall strictly implement the regulations, competition management procedures and requirements of the 2021 Women's League A. Participating equipment shall comply with the relevant requirements of the 2021 edition of the CFA's Regulations on Competition Uniforms and Equipment for Adult Women's Soccer Tournaments (Trial Implementation).
(vi) The District officially hosts 35 officials and athletes from each participating team, with the total number of overstaffed officials not to exceed 15 and athletes not to exceed 30.
(vii) The race area needs to make good preparations for epidemic prevention, competition and publicity to ensure the smooth running of the race.
(viii) Participating units shall strictly follow the relevant provisions of the regulations, participating teams and athletes shall meet the eligibility and registration requirements, fill in the registration form carefully and send it to the contact person's mailbox at the same time as the electronic version of the registration form after scanning and stamping before July 12th. At the same time, the participating units need to complete the online registration work on the CFA information platform before July 16th according to the requirements.
(ix) Participating teams are required to submit one team profile, one team family photo and 2-inch white background ID photos of team officials and athletes in electronic format (the photos of athletes should be named in the format of "jersey number + name", and the photos of team officials should be named in the format of "position + name"). "), and send them to the contact person's email before July 12th.
