Turkish media broke the news that Brazilian foreigner Fernando of Chinese Super League (CSL) powerhouse Beijing Guoan may move to Turkish Super League (TLS) giants Besiktas, while at the same time, Guoan's team is intent on signing Argentine striker Ramon Mijeres.

Besiktas FC and Fernando's agent have reportedly reached an agreement after a tug-of-war. The deal still needs the nod from head coach Yalcin. If Yalcin gives his nod, Fernando will soon go to Istanbul to sign a three-year contract with an annual salary of up to 1.6 million euros.

It is worth mentioning that not long ago, it was reported that Chinese clubs had thrown an olive branch to Yalcin, hoping that the coach who led his team to win the Double Championship would come to coach in the Chinese Super League.

On the other hand, Croatian media reported that Guoan head coach Bilic proposed to bring in Ramon Mijeres, a 24-year-old Argentine striker from Croatian top league side Osijek. Mijeres scored 22 goals in the Croatian league last season and was honored with the Golden Boot. Because of this, FC Osijek bought him out from Spain's Alaves for a record €2.5 million.

After acquiring ownership of Mijeres, FC Osijek made it clear that if they wanted to transfer the Argentine striker, the transfer fee must not be less than 10 million euros. According to Croatian media reports, Guoan's offer is slightly less than 10 million euros, and once the transfer is successful, 20% of the transfer fee will be allocated to Alaves, and if he transfers again, Osijek will also receive a certain percentage of the transfer fee. In addition, the Croatian media revealed that Guoan is not the only club to make an offer to Mijeres, the current Chinese super in the international transfer market competition is fierce.
