Moment of accident!

This morning in the heat of the Europa League, Denmark against Finland, Denmark player Eriksen unfortunately fell to the ground and lost consciousness. In the nick of time, paramedics quickly intervened and performed CPR on him and defibrillated him with an AED device. In the process of being transported off the field, Eriksen had regained consciousness and turned the corner after receiving treatment. The AED device played a key role in this frightening incident. In recent years, AEDs have gradually become the standard equipment for Super League teams. In order to maximize the avoidance and reduction of tragedies on the soccer field, FIFA has issued a notice to all member associations since 2014, recommending that AEDs be equipped for men's and women's national teams, clubs and squads. In December 2017, in the 2018 Working Salon Access Regulations released, the CFA included the equipment of AEDs in the working salon access criteria. The regulations stipulate that stadiums declared by clubs applying for access must be equipped with AEDs, as well as club training bases. At the same time, clubs must appoint a medical supervisor, and team doctors must be set up for both first-team and teams. Both the medical director and the team doctor must have medical qualifications recognized by the national health department. In addition, medical protection services for contracted players are also an important part of working salon access. The CFA requires that clubs applying for access must ensure that all players are provided with comprehensive medical protection services, and that the annual physical examination of all registered players must include cardiovascular examinations. In fact, before AEDs were included in the working salon access regulations, the CFL had already equipped clubs with AEDs and provided training for club medical staff, and AEDs subsequently became standard equipment for national teams at all levels. At the end of 2017, the CFL and the Beijing Xicheng District Red Cross jointly organized training on emergency rescue techniques, with CPR and AED use being the main content of the training. At the beginning of June this year, CFA issued a notice asking member associations to organize youth coaches to participate in first-aid training so that they can administer aid in time and reduce safety risks in case of emergencies.
