Express, June 13, Portuguese newspaper Record disclosed that Porto Football Club has a strong interest in Beijing Guoan's foreign center back Kim Min Ja and has begun to plan for his transfer.

According to the paper of record, Kim Min-Ja's contract with Guoan will expire at the end of the year, at which point he is expected to join Porto as a free agent. The article further states that Porto are weighing up whether to pay a transfer fee to lock up Kim early or wait until next January when the transfer window opens to sign him for free.

Meanwhile, another Portuguese media outlet, Sic Noticias, had reported that Kim Min Jae had agreed to a five-year deal with Serie A giants Juventus. However, at a press conference for the South Korean national team, Kim modestly said that he had not yet met the conditions to join Juventus and that more details were yet to be revealed.
