On April 22, China's women's soccer star Wang Frost shared her recent experience on social media. Looking back at last week, Wang Frost helped China's women's soccer team return to the Olympics by scoring twice in the women's Olympic qualifying match between China and South Korea.
Wang Frost lamented:
"In the past three years, I have tasted the splendor of the glory, but also experienced the bleakness of the trough; there are moments of laughter, but also want to give up the struggle.
This may be a true reflection of life.
No one has it all together. Giving up is easy, but holding on is much harder. The ups and downs of life are common. In the midst of this uncertainty, I have learned to reconcile with my past self, learned to face the uncontrollable results with ease, more importantly, I have learned to persevere, and learned to accumulate strength in the silence.
Thank you to those who have always believed and supported me, "Not when you're at the top, not when you're at the bottom"
