Championship winners most impressed, aiming for stable relegation in new season
Taishan Evening News: Last year, you led the Shandong women's soccer team to win the Triple Crown, in what aspects do you think the Shandong women's soccer team has done the best?
Yin Tiesheng: I think it's the targeted training and preparation, the execution of the players, the understanding and execution of the tactical intent, these experiences will be the direction we continue to work on in the future.
Taishan Evening News: Which of the three championships impressed you the most?
Yin Tiesheng: I think it's the Championship title. There are more matches in this tournament, unlike the Supercup, which is decided by one match. There is still a gap between the Women's A and Women's Super League, and we have conducted targeted training in preparation for the Championship final, so we have an advantage when facing the Women's A team. But against the Women's Super League team, we may have more pressure on our defense. We need to create more opportunities on offense while playing solid defense. Our matches against Dalian and Jiangsu showed the advantage of quick counterattack. The Super Cup match against Shanghai was more of a comparison between strength and weakness. Shanghai's individual ability and overall level was higher, but they had just finished playing in the Women's Super League and were at a physical disadvantage. In that game, we adopted a pressing style of play and achieved a good result.
Taishan Evening News: From the current schedule, the first round of the Women's Super League is the Shandong Women's Football Team's away challenge to Shanghai, how do you see this game? What is the goal of Shandong women's soccer team in the new season?
Yin Tiesheng: The goal is to relegate first. Because from the current point of view, Dalian, Changchun have introduced foreign aid, themselves they are strong teams, plus foreign aid level to improve a lot. Shanghai is a traditional strong team, last year took the title, we relegation task is arduous. This year we only introduced an internal aid, is Dalian's Zhao Xinzhai, she into the team time is relatively short. Taishan Evening News: The treatment of women's soccer has always been our concern, how do you see this problem since you coached women's soccer? What is the biggest difficulty encountered in the development of women's soccer?
Yin Tiesheng: treatment is definitely on the low side, now and 1994 when the professionalization of men's football began to be similar, can be said to be a three-level decomposition. Dalian, Changchun has fully entered the professionalization, the players' income is the highest in the country. Shanghai is a combination of sports commission and sponsorship, the treatment is also good, more wins will be more bonuses. Taishan Evening News: Can you reveal how much the Shandong women's soccer players earn now?
Yin Tiesheng: most of our players basic salary is about 2,000 yuan, the bonus also depends on the results, the bonus is also still to come from the club and sponsorship. Taishan Evening News: You have coached both men's and women's soccer, what do you think is the biggest difference between coaching men's and women's soccer?
Yin Tiesheng: soccer is similar, but in terms of body and ability, the gap between men's and women's soccer is quite big. Understanding of soccer, the gap between men's and women's soccer is also quite big, men's soccer is easier to accept new things and change something, women's soccer is more difficult to change.
Taishan Evening News: As the former head coach of Luneng Taishan, do you have your own views on the team's changes?
Yin Tiesheng: Change is good, and the results of the change will depend on the results of the whole year. Yin Tiesheng: There are still few who care about women's soccer, and the level of women's soccer may not be as attractive as men's soccer, and the situation is not as exciting as men's soccer. I also made an appointment with some presidents of fan associations, and they promised to give more support to women's soccer.
