The league's official announcement was like a thunderbolt, announcing a frenzy of ticket purchases for the first round of the new season. Many of the most popular tickets were sold out within a short period of time after the opening of the sale.
The first round of the tournament will feature four key battles open to the public: Guangzhou vs. Guangzhou City on April 20th, Henan Songshan Longmen vs. Shenzhen on April 21st, and Tianjin Jinmen Tigers vs. Shanghai Seaport on April 22nd, all of which will be fiercely contested on the green fields. The much-anticipated match between Shanghai Shenhua and Beijing Guoan on April 23 will also kick off the new season with fierce competition.
