In a March 28th news report, Chongqing Morning Post disclosed the saddening news that a mandatory auction is looking for a home for Liaoning Football Club's old bus, however, the income from this auction is hardly enough to fill even a corner of the players' owed salaries.
Recently, Liaoning Football Club failed to pay its players and staff on time, resulting in its ride, the club bus, being forcibly seized and pushed to the auction block. According to previous media reports, Liao Football has accumulated more than RMB 70 million in salary arrears.
